Iditarod re-start: The Race begins!

The re-start of the 2007 Iditarod, and official start of the racing clock begins Sunday, March 4th, at 2PM. The restart will take place on Willow Lake, next to the Willow Community Center.

Iditarod Start!

The 2007 Iditarod starts Saturday, March 3rd, at 10am in downtown Anchorage.

Martin and Rohn to run the Kusko 300 January 19th

Martin and Rohn will be running the KUSKO 300 in Bethel which begins on January 19. Rohn will be entering in order to help his Dad get as many dogs as possible in a shake down race and to meet one of the qualifier requirements for the 2008 Iditarod. Rookies must complete 500 miles of racing with no less than 200 in one race. Rohn is also scheduled to run the Junior Iditarod on Feb 24. Martin's preseason racing includes only the KUSKO 300 at this point.
